This patch is for Battlefield 2, an online first person shooter which places you in the role of a soldier fighting battles all over the current day world. This patch is huge, clocking in at almost 2 gigabytes, and it contains a lot of useful things beyond the usual bug fixes. It has a new map called Operation Blue Pearl and it contains two entire booster packs, Armored Fury and Euro Force, completely free! Highway Tamps becomes a requirement and contains eight new maps that people will be able to play on ranked servers without the possibility of being dropped.
